Fiberglass & Spray Foam Insulation Installer

Cross Insulation is adding an Insulation Installer to our team. Looking for a candidate with previous fiberglass and spray foam insulation or similar back ground. Willing to train the right candidate. This position requires use of stilts. May work with batt, roll, blow in or spray insulation materials in new construction setting. This position is a physically demanding position that includes, bending, lifting and climbing ladders.

In this position you be spray foaming and/or training to spray. Fiberglass Blow In and will also work in houses with fiberglass insulation.

Drug free work environment. Great growth opportunity for the right individuals. 40 to 50 hours a week with year round work. Pay DOE. Benefits available to those who qualify. Attendance Incentive, Bonuses, Lunch 2X per week. Health Insurance available after 60 days and paid in full by Cross Insulation for single plan with low deductible, Dental, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays and more!

Monday - Friday 6:30am to 5pm. Half Days Saturday - Optional during busy season. We are willing to work with people on schedules/hours please contact to discuss.
